The diversity inherent in the collector car hobby spans to all manner of motorized vehicles. While each one is different, they all share an important thing in common – they’re all somebody’s favorite. “We celebrate the diversity of styles and designs in the collector car hobby,” said Barrett-Jackson Chairman and CEO Craig Jackson. “Each collector is a different person with different tastes and expectations, and recognizing this diversity is why Barrett-Jackson has remained The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions for over 50 years.”
The Flying Marlin Collection brings to the fold the pinnacle of driving excitement, a 2019 Lamborghini Huracán Performante Spyder. It’s impossible not to feel the thrill this raging bull possess; the Nero Nemesis flat black paint captures the surrounding light while the wedge-like shapes and contours take hold of the imagination. No one does dramatic style better than Lamborghini. The Huracán Performante was designed by the most capable engineers and honed by the sharpest drivers. The coupe version went so far as to set eight lap records and claim the fastest production car lap time around the Nürburgring. The Spyder brings forth all of the coupe’s unbridled performance – without a roof. The 5.2-liter V10’s sonorous 640 horsepower serenades and the snap, crackle, pop of the exhaust adds for a wonderful rhythm section. The rampaging bull can sprint to 60 mph in less than three seconds, thanks to its all-wheel drive system and boasts Lamborghini’s patented ALA active aerodynamic system.
From Lamborghini’s bleeding edge to its humble origins, the Flying Marlin Collection is also pleased to offer a 1966 Lamborghini 1R tractor signed by the only authorized Lamborghini tractor restoration company, Garage 961, and signed on the engine cover by Fabio Lamborghini.
